Fairfield District Kennel Club Show

Hello everyone!
Today we showed Aspen & Tango at the Fairfield District Kennel Club Show, held at the Erskine Park grounds, 30th November. We had perfect, if not a litle humid, weather, sunny & bright!
A big congratulations to both boys who did very wel... Aspen won Best of Breed & Tango Runner Up Best of Breed... a very pleasing result!




There were plenty of people out & about early..



And lots of last minute preparations...



We were wondering if this little cutie could see where he was going!



Then the judging began!

This gorgeous girl, aptly named 'Posh'  came by our gazebo for a visit..





And we saw our friend Magnus & stopped to say hello..

Spring Fair - Day 3

We had sunshine & rain today... ! A storm hit in the lunch break and cleared to fabulous sunshine, just in time for afternoon judging... This seemed to be the busiest day yet, loads of people, and lots of 'lookers'



We all got a soaking...



And plenty of wind



There were lots of kids helping out...









Then came time for the serious stuff

Spring Fair - Day 2

The day started out threatening rain, but managed to shrug it off, with a mostly sunny, but windy day.. many gazebos were in danger of flying away, but all in all, we survived!

Spring Fair - Day 1

Sydney turned on spectacular weather for day 1 of Spring Fair... Blue skies & 27 degrees, perfect!

Tango's Big Debut!

Congratulations & well done Tango for winning his Class, & Runner Up Best of Breed at his first show, Campbelltown All Breeds Kennel Club, held on the 16th November 2008. A fantastic acheivement! We'd also like to give a big thanks to our breeder Tim who has helped enormously with the development of these two Japanese Spitz..

Aspen had his show debut also, taking out his Class.. He's come a long way in only a month of show training, we're looking forward to seeing what this boy can do!



We couldn't resist this gorgeous Dane puppy...
